Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Palmetto Gift.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale. Each personalized piece is made to order — monogrammed, embroidered, or otherwise customized for you — so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If a personalized item arrives damaged, or we have made an error, please contact us at cherhalk@palmetto-creative.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Non-personalized items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items described as "Ordered for you" are ordered from their makers when you place your order and generally arrive within two to three weeks.
