An apron built like workwear used to be: 14.75-ounce waxed cotton duck, bar-tacked stress points, solid brass rivets, and leather neck and waist straps that adjust to the man wearing it. A five-section chest pocket keeps pencils, small tools, and a phone in reach; a three-section waist pocket takes the rest. For the workshop, the brewery, and the grill - and the man who is serious about all three.
